So lovely to be back in schools this week teaching yoga with our Yoga Adventurers 💫

I had the best time visiting Sacred Heart, St Andrews and St Serfs Primary School through my clusters.
Smiles, stretches, calm breathing and lots of joyful movement — it’s always a pleasure supporting children’s wellbeing in school.

Q U A R T E R P R I M A R Y S C H O O L

Exactly one year on to the date, I had the pleasure of returning to Quarter PS to share another yoga adventure with the lovely pupils and teachers. With so many amazing activities going on for their Health Week including Taekwondo and a walk through the local farms, it was amazing to be asked back again.

Well done everyone and hope to see you all again next year 🥰
