Got a child under 13 who'd love to give boxing a go?
We're looking at introducing a new session especially for younger children — a fun and friendly way to learn boxing skills, get active, build confidence and make new friendships. 💪🥊
No experience needed — just come along, learn, have fun and be part of the team.

💥 FULL FORCE is our new Strength • Power • Conditioning class designed to get you moving, challenge your whole body and help you become stronger, fitter and more powerful. 💪
Expect a varied mix of:
🏋️ Weights & resistance work
💪 Bodyweight exercises
⚡ Strength & power training
🔥 Conditioning
🥊 A little boxing-inspired work thrown into the mix
And NO — you don't need to be a boxer! 😆🥊
Sessions can be adapted to different abilities, so whether you already train or you're looking for something new to get you off the sofa, come and give it a go.

Today is a reminder that some of the hardest fights are the ones nobody else can see.
At Boston Town Amateur Boxing Club, we know strength isn't just about what happens in the ring. Sometimes strength is admitting you're struggling. Sometimes it's asking for help. And sometimes it's simply getting through another day.
Please check in on your friends, your teammates and the people around you. A conversation, a message or simply letting someone know they're not alone can mean more than you realise.
You don't have to fight every battle alone.
