This month we celebrate 25 years of Kyo-Shin Martial arts.

Chief instructor, Sensei Mark - 6th Dan has been training for 48 years.

We’ve supported , guided and helped many people of all ages to achieve their goals over the years. Whether that be building confidence, improving fitness or flexibility all while in the pursuit of a Blackbelt.

We’ve Maintained our standards, although our methods have changed and improved with the times.
