Morning all! ☀️

It’s going to be a hot one!!

We had planned a bleep test for you all, but in view of the tropical temperatures forecast, we decided against that! Instead, we’re planning a very steady jolly jog around Elvaston to stay in the shade.

Our Walkie talkies will also be heading out this evening for a lovely stroll to catch the sunset!

For both groups-please make sure you bring some water, a hat, and dress accordingly! We are first aid trained, but prefer not to use it-make sure you drink plenty today too! (Now I sound like your mum! 🙄😆)

Apologies for being so slack on our social media lately, but we are meeting later!!

Our Walkie talkies will be off on a walk, whilst our Jolly Joggers will be heading off on a run down the river path, trying to do a I’m a celeb challenge and seeing how many flies they can tick off the list that they’ve eaten! (We know you lot love a challenge!!!! 🪰)

Our Walkie talkie will be chasing the sunset with an evening stroll around the village.

Whilst our Jolly Joggers will be heading ‘off road’ with a run across the Ockbrook fields to Spondon and back!
