📢 A LITTLE TIMETABLE UPDATE FOR TOMORROW 💛

Just a quick reminder that there will be NO 4-4-2 Tots Multi-Sports tomorrow, Wednesday 16th September, or next Wednesday 23rd September.

But don’t worry — we’re still open! 🥰

Tomorrow we’ll be running a Stay & Play drop-in from 9am–3pm, with lots ready for your little ones to explore:

🚗 Cars & vehicles
🛒 Shop role play
🧵 Threading
🧱 Stickle Bricks
🦖 Dinosaurs
👶 Baby area

💷 £3 per child
⏰ 9am–3pm — drop in anytime

📢 4-4-2 AFTERHOURS UPDATE 🎮⚽🎧

There will be no 4-4-2 Afterhours for the next couple of weeks while we take a little time to look at the best way forward and make sure we’re offering something that works for our young people. 💙

But we’d really love to hear from you! 👇

We’re considering two options:

🔹 OPTION 1

Two sessions a week
⏰ 2 hours per session
👥 Ages 11–16

🔹 OPTION 2

One evening a week
⏰ 3 hours in total, split into:

* 1.5 hours for ages 11–14
* 1.5 hours for ages 13–16

We want Afterhours to be a space that young people actually want to come to, so your opinions really matter! 🙌

💬 Parents, carers AND young people — what do you think would work best?

Would you prefer two longer sessions for everyone, or one evening with separate age groups?

We’ve had a busy and fun morning here at 4-4-2 Together, and there’s still plenty of time to come along and join the fun! 🎉

Our climbing frames and soft play are all set up and ready for little explorers to burn off some energy, get moving and have fun. 💪😊

👶🧸📚 Could we bring a Baby & Children’s Nearly New Sale to 4-4-2 Together? ♻️

We’re looking to gauge interest in holding a pre-loved baby and children’s sale here at 4-4-2 Together — giving families the chance to recycle, reuse and give children’s clothes, toys and books a new home. 💚

Have you got cupboards, wardrobes or toy boxes overflowing with things your children have grown out of, but you just don’t have the time to photograph, list and sell them online?

Why not have a stall instead? 🛍️

A simple way to clear some space, make a little money and pass your pre-loved items on to another family.

And if you’d love the opportunity to come along and shop for affordable pre-loved clothes, toys and books, we’d love to hear from you too!

👉 We’re currently gauging interest, so please get in touch if you would:

• Have a stall and sell your children’s pre-loved items
• Come along to browse and shop
• Like the idea of us holding a regular Nearly New Sale

🧗‍♀️ Active Explorers is back tomorrow! 🧗‍♂️

Join us from 9am–3pm for a fun, active free-play session — £3 per child, drop in anytime!

Climbing frames, tunnels, soft play and sports equipment will be ready for little ones to explore, climb, crawl, balance and burn off some energy. 💪

It’s a great opportunity for children to blow off steam while developing their gross and fine motor skills, building confidence and coordination, and getting closer to their 180 minutes of physical activity a day.

Come along, get moving and have some fun! ❤️

Would you like to volunteer to Marshall at Meadow Park Junior Park Run?

Be at Meadow Park for 8.40am and be away before 10am. It’s an hour on a Sunday morning. It’s a good atmosphere. Without volunteers these events can’t happen. There is no commitment involved, you can literally volunteer once every couple of months.
