Our family orientated WEEKLY After School Club and supports our parents through summer holidays, term breaks and bank holidays.

We teach realistic self-defence skills to children which include escapes from grabs, anti-bullying techniques, street awareness and how to use their voice with confidence.

All our award-winning classes are structured carefully to include games that teach discipline, team work, develop confidence and leadership skills.

🥋 Family Fun Morning at Borehamwood Dojo!

What an incredible energy we had at the Dojo this morning!

We were absolutely thrilled to see such a massive turnout of students and parents for our Family Fun Session.

There is nothing quite like seeing the mats filled with families training side-by-side.

Here’s a quick recap of the highlights:
🏆 Hard Work & High Energy
From the first bow-in, everyone brought their A-game. It wasn't just the kids showing off their skills - the adults jumped right in, proving that the martial arts spirit has no age limit!

🏁 The Need for Speed
The competitive spirit was peaking during our races. Whether it was sprints or agility drills, the atmosphere was electric with everyone cheering each other on.

🛡️ Storming the "Parent Wall"
The undisputed favorite of the day was the Parent Wall challenge. Our parents stood their ground, holding the kick shields firm to block the path, while the kids had to use all their strength and technique to break through the line! The determination on the kids' faces and the laughs from the parents made it a moment to remember.

A huge thank you to everyone who joined us. You make the Borehamwood Dojo more than just a school - you make it a community.
