RDLs aren’t a flexibility exercise. They’re a hinge.

Core fired up. Hips to the back of the room to load the lats.

Create tension in your hamstrings and glutes through a strong hinge, not by chasing depth. If you’re only feeling the stretch, you’re leaving the work behind.

Own that bottom position, then push the floor away. Hamstrings engaged, strong end position, drive through it.
