Firwood Bootle Cricket Club Development Programme We aim to 'Create and maintain a safe, yet fun environment where children from all our communities can learn to enjoy to play the game of cricket.’

Our Indoor Cricket School is used all year round and is only one of two centres within a club environment on Merseyside. The centre is mainly used throughout the winter months, when we have weekly training sessions for our Under 9s,11s,13s & 15s. This is a great arena to deliver cricket all year round. Our aim is to build a sustainable platform of local talented cricket players, matching all abi

lities. Cricket is not solely for the elite player. Alot of the senior club playing members have progressed through the programme and play at differing levels of ability. Its fun for the kids and why not use us to let them explore their talents. We may just uncover the next cricketing superstar from our community!!

Our indoor cricket training sessions are now in full swing and we want as many kids to get involved as we can. We have sessions for under 9's, 11's, 13's, 15's each week. Please share this post with your kids' mums, dads and carers. We might just uncover the next 'Freddie Flintoff'! Due to funding we can offer free taster-sessions to newcomers from now until the end of the winter programme (indoors). Get your kids to come along, have a taster-session and have some fun!!!!!
