🧘♀️ New for 2024…..Pilates for Menopause 🧘♀️
A 4 week course consisting of 8 Pilates classes aimed at different areas of the body to help relieve stress, tension and help improve symptoms associated with different stages of the menopause.
There’ll be 2 Live Facebook classes per week on a Tuesday and Thursday 6-6:45pm
Week 1
Tuesday - Pilates for neck and shoulder pain
Thursday - Pilates for bone health
Week 2
Tuesday - Pilates for common menopause symptoms
Thursday - Pilates to strengthen the pelvic floor
Week 3
Tuesday - Pilates for pelvic pain and pelvic tension
Thursday - Pilates for metabolism
Week 4
Tuesday - Pilates for hips, knees and spine
Thursday - Pilates for posture
These classes are gentle and designed for anyone experiencing any tension, stress or just simply wanting a good stretch, improve mobility or help manage any menopausal symptoms.
Anyone doing the 4 week block will be added into a private group where the classes will go live and each will be sent a copy of my ‘Menopause Matters’ guide with information, tips and advice around all stages of menopause.
You will be included in a group where you can engage as much or as little as you like with one another.
Parts of the classes will be standing and some lying down or sitting. For anyone with any flexibility issues it would useful to have a yoga block or 2 and a mat 😊
The cost for the 8 classes and the digital information pack is £40. Please feel free for any further information ☺️
