Amazing check in from one of the clients this week showing off what results she’s made this year controlling her calories, being more active and doing 1 PT session per week 💯

Joining the last SHRED AF comp, we really noticed a reduction in her inches and new it was time to check in on her picture and it’s absolutely paying off 👏🏻

Back squat day for Corinne 🏋️‍♀️🔥

The last couple of weeks she’s been taking on this brutal little squat combo:

➡️ 3 reps slow up & down➡️ 3 reps paused at the bottom➡️ 3 reps normal/power reps

Sounds rough… because it is 😅

And she’s doing it all with 60kg💪

A really good way to work on control, positioning, confidence and power production all in one set 👏

Tuesdays are always a fun one 😂
