h in depth guidance on nutrition and dietary analysis. Venus is a place for women to train in a safe, fun and unintimidating environment. There are no egos at Venus, just continuous support and encouragement from ourselves and all the lovely Venus ladies :)

I really missed not being part of the event this year and our fabulous Venus relay team so already plotting :) will definitely be back next year 🏃‍♀️

What are you Looking to achieve in 2022!! It really doesn’t need to be complicated…. Same message as 2021.

Keep it simple in 2022:

1. Walk for 20 mins + per day
2. Strength train 3 x per week or when you can
3. Plan your weekly meals and schedule your workouts in for the week ahead - shop accordingly
4. Add more salad/fruit/veg to your meals
5. Track your calorie intake if you need to rein things in a little
6. Increase your NEAT levels - aim for 10000 steps a day
7. Drink more water

And most importantly: Be consistent - can’t say this enough. If you have a goal whatever it may be.... Nothing comes without weeks, months, years of hard work and consistency. Consistency doesn’t mean never messing up as there WILL be times you're more on it than others... It simply means never Giving up.
