🏉 Mini Rugby at Lasswade Rugby Club 🏉

Is your child looking to start playing rugby or try a new sport that encourages team work and sportsmanship? Why not come down to the club and join our mini rugby section!

We offer training sessions on Wednesday evenings and Sunday mornings.

P4 - P7's take part in mini rugby tournaments against other clubs most Sundays too!

Below is some more info and some FAQs

What sports will they play?
Football, Rugby, Cricket, Ultimate Frisbee, Rounders, Dodgeball, Danish Long Ball and Loads More.

Will the children be outside all day?
Yes that’s the plan, we will have them in the shade for breaks and lunch, we will have an area inside if it does rain.

Can I just book certain days?
Of course as long as you let us know when you are booking as we need to have the correct amount of coaches per child.

Are the coaches PVG checked?
Yes all the coaches are PVG checked.

Will be children be split per age?
Yes, we will group the children as per class at school, but we will endeavour to get friends into the same group where possible.

Who can come along?
The age range for the camp is P1-P7 working on the class from the 2022-23 school year.

How competitive is the camp?
The camp is aimed at developing skills, confidence and participation over winning!
