What an absolutely beautiful 14 mile run along the river Tees on Saturday afternoon. This was such a quintessential English countryside run past some amazing sights like Barnard Castle ๐Ÿ˜๐Ÿด๓ ง๓ ข๓ ฅ๓ ฎ๓ ง๓ ฟ๐Ÿ‘Œ๐Ÿด๓ ง๓ ข๓ ท๓ ฌ๓ ณ๓ ฟ

Iโ€™m obsessed with trying to repair everything thatโ€™s broken and make it last as long as possible. Both girls now have mobile phones but they were both left in the van most of the weekend as the girls were off socialising and messing around like kids should be! If you want to get your kids off their mobile phones go join a kayaking club ๐Ÿ‘Œ๐Ÿ’ช๐Ÿป๐Ÿด๓ ง๓ ข๓ ท๓ ฌ๓ ณ๓ ฟ

Wow what an exciting day of racing, both girls paddled their hearts out ๐Ÿ’ช๐Ÿป๐Ÿด๓ ง๓ ข๓ ท๓ ฌ๓ ณ๓ ฟ
Erin secured another top 10 in Div 1 which is epic considering she is still only 11 years old. Mali fought back on her second run to secure 2nd place which originally would have been enough to Promote her to Premiership division but unfortunately 2 Paddlers pulled it so she is 4 points off promotion ๐Ÿ˜”. We will keep fighting on Super proud of my girls โค๏ธ๐Ÿด๓ ง๓ ข๓ ท๓ ฌ๓ ณ๓ ฟ

Well they both gave it their all today racing at Abbey Rapids in Yorkshire, Malis day didnโ€™t go as she wanted and ended up in 5th place overall but she paddled really well. And Erinโ€™s day went well and she put in 2 solid runs to get her a 10th overall ๐Ÿ’ช๐Ÿป๐Ÿด๓ ง๓ ข๓ ท๓ ฌ๓ ณ๓ ฟ. Tomorrow is another day and hopefully Mali will get the result she wants ๐Ÿคž๐ŸคŸ

I put my dried fruit and nuts on the bottom of the bowl so the milk doesnโ€™t make them soggy ๐Ÿ‘Œ๐Ÿ˜€
