Before you come at me I know it’s more expensive than what I would usually share on here BUT it’s hands down my favourite crunchy buy 🚨

(& I got it on klarna and gave it my husband as a gift that was really for me…. soooo I feel like that counts?!)

I’ve seen improvements in my mood and skin. In the kids I have seen an immune boost, eczema support and it’s been incredible for ear infections. We’ve have even used it on injuries. I love doing yoga under it!
I used it on my belly pregnant for stretch marks (there wasn’t much advice out there but decided it felt ok for me) and I can confirm she is fine, I think 🙃

❤️❤️

Ours has both near infrared and infrared and is a useful, movable panel but there are so many options out there (this isn’t an ad I just love it so much)

Any friend that comes round gets blasted with it (that’s actually true)

I will link some studies on their benefits in the comments 🫶🏼

Have you tried one?

Me waiting for my husband to call me in worry at the last line of this 🤣

My background in play, forest school and yoga has led us down a path of starting a little homestead. I still feel a bit ridiculous writing the word as if I’m pretending (aka I have no idea what I’m doing!) But we have land, some things grew and there are lots of birds so I’m going to say, that’s a start 😂

In the same breath, we are close to Manchester and still very much a part of modern life. This is more muddy wellies and Vinted waterproofs as opposed to linen and sourdough 🤣 I’m all about sharing realistic, actionable ways to bring natural and holistic living into normal families lives 🍃

I’ve been sharing lots of the wonderful chaos on here so if you are interested then follow along! 🫶🏼

Ok where are my 18 month old parents at?

Now I’m obviously being a bit silly here and asking her more questions to highlight my point BUT this girl will literally say no to EVERYTHING right now
BUT I know it’s a good thing because she is learning about choices, independence and developing her sense of self!

I have 2 children that undeniably know their own minds and here’s how we work through it...
(Most of the time... sometimes I’m also just snappy 🤣)

Hi, I’m Chloe! Mum and early years teacher and family wellness specialist 🍃

• Offer choices- although I find this stops working as they get older
• Notice rather than demand something e.g. oh your coat is on the floor (and walk away)
• Use first/ then with a desirable thing after (you can use objects or pictures for this if your child needs)
I use a repeated phrase, first x then y
• Have familiar routines and consistent expectations between main caregivers
•Say thank you instead of please (presumes they will do it)
• Use simple language
• Make it funny or a lighthearted joke to take the pressure off- good with older ones
• Distraction with younger ones
• Use their name first to get attention if giving an instruction
• Ask once then help (i’m not asking a billion times!)

SEND this to your co-parent so you can try something new together 💌

Is anyone else finding that this just doesn’t compute? Working mums I see you 🫶🏼

I’m a teacher so back to work again today and thought this would all be easier with my second child, but apparently not. I love my job in so many ways and am lucky enough to be part time but I know in my bones that we are meant to stay together. It’s hard to think about anything except whether she is sleeping, eating or needing me.

I share so much on attachment parenting, breastfeeding, co-sleeping etc. but wanted to share the other side… my reality of leaving a piece of my heart behind each work day.

Any other mamas gone back to work? Would love to connect.

I literally have this on repeat.
HOW INCREDIBLE?

(Goes and puts more Blink 182 on instantly….)

Love from your new millennial wellness mum friend that shares manageable tips for your family 🫶🏼
(Aka I’m not mega rich, wearing linen and baking sourdough all day 😉)
