None of these meals take longer than 20 minutes to make or have less than 40g protein. We need easy, tasty, protein options!!

I am very much on a tofu and rice hype right now and that will pass and we will be back to pasta and potatoes a plenty I am sure.

I try to eat 30 different plant based foods a week (as we all should for nutrients and gut health) so a tofu bowl is an easy way for me to achieve that as I can add different elements each time and change up a lazy meal to taste completely different!
