Members Shout Out❗️

To sisters and workout partners Emily and Chloe who both deserve a big shout out 🗣️

Emily has been coming for about 2 years now in and that time has made fantastic progress both in muscle gain and in her physical fitness 💪🏼

She is now regularly setting the pace on the cardio sessions and still gaining strength month after month 🏋️‍♀️

Chloe joined us at the start of this year and I won’t lie I didn’t know if she was going to come back after her first session which was a gruelling HYROX style session 😬

These sessions can make or break you sometimes but she chose for it to make her and came back with a great attitude to train hard and learn and now it is certainly paying off for her 👏🏻

Again she is seeing great changes in her physique and developed great strength on the weights sessions 💪🏼

The HYROX style session she struggled with at the start she is now setting the pace as well with her and Emily regularly completing the sessions in the fastest times 🏃‍♀️🏃‍♀️

Great work form both of you well done 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻

Fantastic Battle Box Class this evening with 🥊🥊

We are working on more advanced combo’s and techniques each week, crackin’ effort everybody well done 👏🏻

No experience needed we have first timers and more experienced members on the sessions anyone can do them 👍🏼

If there was one type of training I wish I did more when I was younger it would be some form of boxing 💯

It gives you great confidence and leaves feeling great after the session as well 😅

Plenty more to come on these sessions 🤩

Why I created Renegade Strength & Fitness.

When I joined the Army at 16 I joined the Royal Engineers.

After phase one basic training were I learned all the basic soldiering skills.

I then went onto phase 2 combat engineer training were I learned a variety of military skills such as demolitions, bridge building, water supply, basic construction and landmine clearance.

This gave me a good variation of useful skills and developed a sharp mindset for learning new things.

There is a great saying that the Royal Engineer’s use which is - Improvise. Adapt. Overcome. Which is a great saying for any obstacles you may come across on life and also in training.

Want to lift a weight but can’t? Improvise. Adapt. Overcome. Think of a plan to get there, work on any areas you may need improve on to lift it. Then come back and get your goal.

When I left the Army I wanted to use this approach in my own training.

I knew I didn’t want to just stick to one type of training my whole life. I wanted to try new things to learn new skills and again develop a sharp mindset just like I did whilst in the Army.

With my gym Renegade Strength & Fitness this is what I want to provide to members.

We don’t stick to just one type of training. We vary it throughout the year with the goal of developing you in all areas to become as physical strong and fit as you can be long term.

Again with developing in these areas this also builds a strong mindset that you can take on new challenges and conquer them.

We can offer you pretty much everything you need from a gym. Free weights, weight machines, cardio machine’s, sandbags, kettlebells, HYROX, Strongman, Calisthenic frames the list goes on.

I’m lucky now to have great Personal Trainers here as well who can also offer their knowledge and experience in areas of training to add to your armoury as well.
