FIT Round My Baby is a proper postnatal fitness training programme, designed to support mums through every stage of their journey. Accredited by CIMSPA, our programme is built around safe, effective exercise that helps mums rebuild strength, confidence and connection with their bodies.

Whether you’ve just been given the all clear to exercise or your little one is now a toddler, you can start exactly where you are. We don’t believe one class fits everyone, which is why we have different classes to support you as you get stronger and progress.

Every exercise can be adapted to suit your recovery, your fitness level and whether you’re holding your baby, so you always feel supported while still being challenged.

FIT Round My Baby is a proper postnatal fitness training programme, designed to support mums through every stage of their journey. Accredited by CIMSPA, our programme is built around safe, effective exercise that helps mums rebuild strength, confidence and connection with their bodies.

Whether you’ve just been given the all clear to exercise or your little one is now a toddler, you can start exactly where you are. We don’t believe one class fits everyone, which is why we have different classes to support you as you get stronger and progress.

Our lovely Jennie was out this weekend showcasing her new business-to-be! 🩷🙌🏻
