17 years ago Facebook memories popped up and reminded me of something important… fitness isn’t a punishment — it’s a lifestyle 💪
Is it always easy? Absolutely not.
There are days when motivation is low… and that’s where discipline steps in.
Am I consistent 100% of the time? No.
But I show up around 80% — and that’s what makes the difference.
Exercise and nourishing my body with good, wholesome food genuinely make me feel happy, strong, and energised ✨
As a Personal Trainer, I always tell my clients:
🏋️♀️ Exercise is not a punishment
🥗 Tracking your food isn’t about restriction — it’s about awareness and understanding how to fuel your body
If you feel like you’ve lost your way with your health and fitness, that’s okay. Starting again can feel tough… but with time, those small changes turn into habits, routines, and a whole new mindset.
And then something amazing happens…
You start to feel better mentally AND physically 🙌
Remember — it is NEVER too late to make positive changes.
