Nab Night Thursday

The session is aimed at experienced mountain bikers aged around 8 and up, but we will take it progressively to build confidence and technique on the terrain.

The newly surfaced red trail is all rollable, and not as steep as the Pike trails. Take it steady to build confidence, or pump that lip to get some big air!

Helmets mandatory, and make sure you have bar end plugs in.

Start 6pm, back at 7:45 pm
Approach notes:
The dam road at the top of Anglezarke Reservoir is CLOSED, access is only from the Chorley side.

We will meet at the ‘Healy Nab lay-by’. Please park considerately, don’t block any gateways and leave room for other vehicles. There is a short ride on a quiet road, and then we will approach the Nab via Heapey Fold Lane.

Great Lap times from everyone this week. Some big improvements from our regulars and amazing work from Reggie who finished his lap running after a mechanical. Well done everyone. Enjoy your summers.
