The facility itself is spotlessly clean and sanitised and heated to a toasty degree of warmth, Both male and female changing rooms have toilets and showers inside them, it's an outstanding training area with 2 huge ,seperate areas with high quality mats , now there's a 3rd mat area with a dedicated space for Bag work and big well equipped strength and condition area at the far end of the bottom mats. The staff are amazing and the members are friendly welcoming and they're always training - so you are never short of training partners when you attend. There are classes with lots of fairly new members and there are classes with lots of black belts or high level nogi guys, you can also bring your kids to sessions run especially for them .
The monthly membership is a BARGAIN and it's amazing to see a membership which covers every class, and all for such a low monthly fee . There's no hidden extras no contract ..head over there and check it out.
