I’m running a beginners mma course starting September for anyone looking to start. You don’t need to be in shape to start or have any martial arts experience, this course is designed for the absolute beginner.

If you’ve got secondary school children and you want them off there technology and to learn self defence, fitness and discipline…then this course is definitely for you.

If you’re a guy who’s looking at getting in shape, learning a new skill or interested in being able to handle yourself if a situation every presented itself then this course is for you.

•Ages 13+
•2 lessons per week
•Tue 6:30pm Sun 9:30am
•No fitness required

Help please is this a genuine ? Would Facebook ask me for my name email dob and password ? I keep getting messages to click a link before my page is deleted for breaking the rules I haven't posted anything remotely rule breaking can anyone help when I try and post the messages Facebook says I can't because it looks like spam

Just letting everyone know I’ll be running a bjj course From this Wednesday 1st nov at Grapple Clinic gym in Farnworth this is a 6 week course for total beginners design to get you started on your bjj journey. The course is £100 and suitable for over the age of 15. You can start in your own clothes shorts and t shirt and YOU DO NOT NEED TO BE FIT TO START.
