Unfortunately the Monday 10am Session at The Hub in Westhoughton is now be cancelled due to lack of numbers and my work commitments.

Thank you to those who have been coming, please join us if you can at the 5.30 session at Westhoughton Leisure Centre! we’d love for you to keep coming and help grow that session so we can use the full space. 🙏

The 5.30am at Westhoughton Community Leisure Centre session is still on! If anyone from the 10am can make that one then we would love to see you there. All the ladies are lovely and I know they would make you feel welcome! 🙏
