Dear Parent/Carer, It is a real pleasure to welcome all our pupils and families to the start of a new academic year. I hope that you have enjoyed the summer break and that our pupils are returning refreshed, enthusiastic and ready for another successful year of learning, dreaming and achieving. Y7 Dream Day! 💜

Our Y7 students discovered the many opportunities and enrichment on offer as they begin their journey at Sharples. They were inspired by former Head Boy and Head Girl, Sherjeel and Jasmine, who shared their experiences and memories of life at Sharples.

The day ended with a fun ‘Guess Who?’ event, where students had to guess the professions of our guests and explore the importance of aspiration, ambition and believing in what’s possible!

A key message for our Y7s: Take Every Opportunity!
