Join us at Queens Park tomorrow for the final session of our 20 week programme in partnership with Park Yoga Bolton. 🧘🌳

You're welcome to bring a picnic blanket , hot or cold flask and nibbles and stay behind afterwards to share the space.😊

It would be amazing to see everyone who has previously attended and new people giving it a go! 🧘

Due to the popularity of the initial 20 week partnership with Park Yoga Bolton, we're delighted to announce that we'll be continuing yoga sessions at Queens Park under the name of Active Bolton Yoga in the Park, for a further 5 weeks until Sunday 18th October.🙌

Sessions will take place at the same time of 09:30am - 10:30 am on Sundays and will still be led by the wonderful Jo.🌳
