🧘🏼‍♀️ Yoga with .yoga took our guys through the flow, all working hard and saying it was a very warm session tonight 🥵 Hot yoga 🤷🏼‍♀️😂

🏋🏼‍♂️ Power guys working through the stations with confidence, strength and building up through the heavier weights!! Love seeing everyone reaching for the heavier dumbells!!

💥 MONDAY

💃🏼 Dance Vibe girls were incredible tonight!! Making our way through the team dance and my word they nailed it!! Like a proud mum 🥹😂

💪🏼 Bootcamp & Junior Bootcampers put in an absolute shift tonight!! Tonight's session was all about partner work and they worked amazingly together!

🏃🏻‍♂️One out on the run, one inside completing the reps 💪🏼

🏅 Medal Monday for River Isaacson and still showing up after her 60 mile sportive yesterday!!

🔥 Incredible work tonight and so lovely to welcome some new faces too

🥹 HUGE THANK YOU to every single person who came down to support our Open Day today, to everyone who shares our posts, talks about us and continues to recommend us to your friends, we truly appreciate every single one of you!!

🔵 At last years open day we didn't even have a floor in the main gym (they'd delivered the wrong one 😫), very minimal equipment but we always had an amazing community.

🔵 Today we've been through 12 months building on what we have, we have renovated and created a dance / yoga studio, a spin studio and a cafe / waiting area. We are unbelievably proud and today we got to celebrate and share this with people.

💪🏼 Massive WELL DONE to these 2 who were the champions of the "Bar Hang Competition". William did this for a solid 1 min 34 secs and Lish for an amazing 1 min 28 secs 💥

🩵 Our hearts are full!! Thank you 😘

📢 Open Day TODAY 2pm - 4pm

📍 Unit 1, Paramount House, Bolton, BL1 4AN.

🚗 Please use the car park and if you're not registered just give your car reg in at reception and we'll add you to the system. If there's no room on the car park there are some bays behind the gym on Dawson Lane (please dont park on the street surrounding as we want to leep the residents happy 😁)

🙌🏼 Lots of classes both adult and junior, memberships, pay as you go options, sports therapy, race team, online plans for any event and studio hire available.

🫡 Come and have a nosey at the renovations we've made since we opened 12 months ago and see the amazing community we have here.
