Emergency First Response Course

Are you a passionate diver who wants to be prepared for any situation? Our Emergency First Response (EFR) course gives you the skills to act when it matters most.
✨ The EFR is a comprehensive CPR and first aid program designed for everyday emergencies, taught in a supportive, hands‑on environment. It is also a required certification for the PADI Rescue Diver course, so if you’re planning to take that next step, this training is essential.
💪 Primary Care (CPR)
⚫Learn how to respond to life‑threatening emergencies
⚪Practice CPR and rescue breathing
⚪Manage serious medical situations such as cardiac arrest or stroke
⚪Handle suspected spinal injuries
⚡ Secondary Care (First Aid)
⚫Provide first aid for non‑life‑threatening injuries
⚪Bandage and splint broken bones
⚪Treat burns, bites, and stings
⚪Deliver essential care until professional help arrives
🌟 Confidence Through Practice You’ll gain hands‑on experience with realistic scenarios, building the confidence to act quickly and effectively. These skills can be applied in diving contexts, such as responding to barotrauma, decompression illness, or marine life injuries, but the foundation is general CPR and first aid.
