Hi everyone Iβm back! As some of you may know i had a gorgeous baby boy in October and have been in my little baby bubble ever since!
During my pregnancy I practiced yoga every morning and I truly believe thats what helped me have such a healthy pregnancy and Iβm hoping it will help me just as much with my recovery.
This week was my first time back doing yoga and I can already feel a difference in my mind and body! Little Lennon has started getting into a bit of routine so I have managed to squeeze in some morning yoga before he wakes up and it really does set the tone for the day, more energised, calm and most of all less βfuzzy headedβ.
Unfortunately, I cant say the same for my birth and it wasnβt as plain sailing as id wished for but us women truly are amazing at healing! After growing a human for 9 months and using every bit of energy during birth, to then give your all into caring for this tiny human is such an amazing super power that we have and we should tell ourselves that everyday!
I cant wait to share my next chapter with you and hopefully finally get into teaching yoga again!
