Update - for anyone asking about their membership being repaid. As previously stated, this matter is currently being dealt with by Solicitors. As soon as it’s concluded I will ensure everyone receives the remainder of their memberships due for the month they paid.

This is a legal matter and is being dealt with.

There is an excellent gym about 5-10 minutes away from Barbarian. Called warrior strength if anyone is looking for somewhere to train.

Dear members.

As you know the gym has been shut for just over a week, due to the structural integrity of the whole building being compromised and therefore shut for Health & Safety reasons.

A new unit has been found, but unfortunately it is not big enough to accommodate a gym and an area for classes.

I have therefore made the difficult and heartbreaking decision to close Barbarian Gym indefinitely. This matter is currently being dealt with by my Solicitor.

As soon as this matter is resolved every single member that is owed money back will be paid. I cannot say how long this process will take, as it is now a legal matter, but as soon as it is resolved I will update the fb page.

With a very heavy heart the gym is closed and will NOT reopen in this location due to H&S reasons due to lack of structural upkeep of the building. Which didn’t fall on us to upkeep.
This matter is now with Solicitors. And is now a legal matter, as we understand this is frustrating for our members wanting a refund we have our hands tied until further updates from solicitors Etc .

This has been an extremely heartbreaking choice to make and sure you all understand we are only a small family run gym.

We will keep you all updated as an when we do.

Hi all. Sorry to say Cara’s Grandma died tonight after a very long illness. Cara is clearly devastated. Please can I ask that you give her some space for a few days. She’ll be back to her usual, delightful, pleasant, self very soon, I’m sure. Thank you for your understanding. Xx
