Never really thought about this before until mentioned it this morning.

As a lot of members know, I’m a bit of a bar collector…to say the least.

But, I’ve never actually counted how many.

Turns out I’ve got about 50 bars, plus 5 axles, 4 logs and a handful of other whacky and funky tools at our disposal over at The Horwich House of Strength.

You’d think I’d have enough by now…but there’s still more bars to buy 🤪

36kg Safety Squat Bar absolutely bombproof!

First (and only) bar I squatted 600lbs on and 400lbs 20 times.

When Mo wapped it up for sale I couldn’t say no 🤣

Rachel is simply the embodiment of “lovely”.

Coming from never stepping foot in a gym to training consistently and making progress week after week!

Always has a smile on her face despite gruelling sessions, even on the stairmaster 🤣

Rach is an absolute pleasure to train and always lights up the room 🥰

Just want to give a huge appreciation to the members of the HHOS for bearing with us while we upgrade and improve the gym.

We appreciate the work’s are a slight inconvenience however, everyone’s just cracked on and worked around it.

That being said we’re extremely excited to be expanding the HHOS yet again, making it bigger and better for everyone! 🙌🏼

Once again, a bit thanks to all the members who make this possible and just mush on. You are appreciated ❤️

A huge thank you to Donna for organising such a fantastic Horwich Showcase in aid of Fortalice last Wednesday. 💚

We were so proud to be part of this wonderful event, meeting local businesses, connecting with members of our community, and supporting such an incredible charity.

Horwich is more than just where our gym is based—it's our home. We live here, we're raising our family here, and when we decided to open our gym and grow our business, there was never any question that we wanted to do it here. We're passionate about helping people improve their health, fitness and wellbeing, and it's a privilege to do that within the community we call home.

Thank you to everyone who stopped by our stand to chat, ask questions and find out more about what we offer. It was great to meet so many friendly faces and see the incredible support for local businesses.

A huge thank you again to Donna for bringing everyone together and to everyone who attended and supported Fortalice. Events like this remind us just how lucky we are to be part of such a supportive community.
