A cheaper than average Gym Membership/Personal Trainier rate is paid to me as your PT. Through weekly emails I will send you an eating plan along with an exercise regime. Regular contact between us will be maintained throughout the week via phonecalls and texts to check you are keeping up with the plan, and also still heading towards your goal. After designing the system, I have piloted this schem

e in a 4 week trial with one client and the results are great! With a 2 inch loss from their waist, and their general strength and fitness levels improving rapidly, this service is now ready to go public!! Using the latest techniques in fitness training, I can give you great results! There are 2 types of EPT Memberships on offer, both for only £20 Per Month! Package 1 is Home/Outdoor EPT, this is designed for people who aren't members of a gym, or find it difficult to regularly attend the gym. EPT Home and Outdoor workouts can facilitate:
- Weight Loss
- Toning Up
- Core Strength
- Improving General Fitness
- Training for Competition

Package 2 is for if you already have a gym membership and need guidance for maintaining effective workouts. Gym EPT can offer all of the above plus:
- Muscle Mass Building Training
- Strength/Conditioning Training
