Been back on the sessions regularly over the last few weeks. Came to a sesh when no one else showed up, and smashed out a tough session with me! Worked hard always, and even got MOTM nominations from Helen N and Chalky 💪🤣👍
Involved in the chats and the laughs, and a little football talk.
Barney is also now the God of the young people of Leverhulme due to his 67 Bib number.

The winner for July 2026 is....

ALISON TURNER

Well done Alison for another great effort and great results over the last month/several weeks 💪🏅
It's a 2nd MOTM Title within 4 months!

From being one the three soaking wet FMFers at the sesh at the end of June (tackling that session with style), to smashing your first ever Bridge Run this Saturday, and all the work in between... it's been a top 5/6 weeks again.
Had a well earned holiday, but been to pretty much every session before and after that.
Definitely seeing improvements through levels, and with running in particular.

Always great to have at sessions, helping with kit, and chatting with everyone.

A great month! I think you've been, along with Matt, more sessions than anyone else. Or at least as much as.
Through hot hot weather and humidity and rain! Last week, one of the 3 moist legends to attend than very wet sesh!
You must be overdue the next holiday now!
Worked hard and played hard with everything, and I don't think that you've cursed at me recently 😮🤣
You always bring a bit of humour to the sessions and help to keep it flowing and keep us going. And that's been the sana over the last month or so also.

Another member of the multi-title club! A great month!
Amy did her first ever 10k run last weekend, and had a few obstacles to overvome for training and for the run itself.... but still smashed it with a great effort! Never done lots of running before and yet took this event so well 👍
Raising money for the Hospice that looked after her mum.
You've done really well 😁
Hit a fair few gym sessions 💪. Can't make FMF sessions only because when not working you are looking after our crazy but brilliant son so he doesn't have to always come out to the parks with me!
So Amy helps the sessions to go ahead smoothly... usually 😂👍

Congrats Alison. Great work 🏆
Been coming to the FMF sessions for a good few months now and been really committed to the cause. Comes regularly to the Leverhulme Park sessions and even jumped on the alternative Saturday Zoom session this weekend 💪
Alison always puts in loads of effort and is showing the rewards with fitness increases. Working around a niggling injury and not letting it stop her. Getting stronger all the time!
I've seen all this even more over the last few weeks. Through April and early May.
Already settled in really well as a part of the group at Leverhulme and the whole FMF family.

Well done again Alison.
Keep on doing it all. Keep smashing it!
