An absolute corker of an exercise that smokes your posterior so definitely start with Bodyweight and build up to this 👌

Yes there are new exercise variations that are good but also alot that promise so much and deliver very little if not f**k all

Strongman For Beginners.

This will be an 8 week block.

No experience needed but knowledge of the basic lifts would be advantageous.

Sessions will be 4-8 people.

Monday @ 17:30 & Wednesday @ 17:30.

Starting on Monday March 3.

Price is £100 for the block.
