Im so excited to finally introduce the newest little member of our Empowered family — Winnie June 🤍

Born on 17th August, weighing 8lbs 8oz, my gorgeous baby girl has completely stolen everyone’s hearts. She is absolutely beautiful and, most importantly, is doing amazingly well.
As for me, I’m recovering amazingly and absolutely loving motherhood. We’re still very much wrapped up in our little newborn bubble — soaking up every sleepy cuddle, tiny stretch, and all the precious moments still to come.

Although we are completely in love with this special time, we are also missing everyone at the studio so much! We can’t wait to be back

Thank you to everyone who has sent such lovely messages, checked in on us and given us so much love and support. It truly means the world.
For now, we’ll be soaking up every second!

The face says it all😭😭😭…

Alice has been trying to catch her back catch for months and months and months. There’s been many tears of frustration and she’s had a huge mental block, however tonight she caught her back catch for the first time and we couldn’t be any prouder. She works so hard in and out of the studio and the cheers and faces speak volumes!!
This is the perfect example that you should never give up ✨
