Breightmet Golf Club: Captains Weekend.

Breightmet Golf Club: Captain's Weekend

On behalf of all the members of the club we would like to take this opportunity to say a huge 'Thank You' to our fabulous Captain Mr Steve Moore for putting on such a special weekend of amazing golf, prizes, fun, food and live entertainment.
This special weekend event was fully enjoyed by the whole membership who took part in the different events available on both days.
It was also lovely to see the club house so full and everyone enjoying the live entertainment.
Thank you again Steve for your ongoing generosity and full commitment to the club and membership in 2026.
Finally thank you to all the amazing volunteers and greens team for presenting the course so beautifully. Also to the house team who ensured the weekend was so special.

We are pleased to announce that there will be an 18-Hole Stableford Competition for members on Sunday 14th June, with the first tee time available from 1:00pm.
Booking Information:
Tee times can be booked via BRS
Booking opens at 7:00pm on Sunday 31st May

There will be 1st and 2nd prizes awarded, so we encourage all junior members to take part and enjoy some competitive golf.

If any junior member requires assistance in obtaining a handicap, please email [email protected] and one of the Junior Organisers will be in touch to help.

Club of Bolton with Le Moors Rotary Club are holding a fund raising event at the club on Friday the 12th of June for Bury Hospice and other local charities. The event features our very own comedy golfer Kevin Jones supported by duo Rob and Dan from Radio Edit.
Doors open at 7-30pm and tickets priced at £20 are only available on line at [email protected]
It's certainly going to be an evening of fun and laughter with music thrown in for good measure so if you fancy a wonderful night's entertainment then come along and help support Bury Hospice.
