I want to give a massive shoutout to Coach Rabi! He has completely transformed my mindset and approach to fitness. From day one, he emphasized not obsessing over the scales but instead focusing on how I feel and what I see in the mirror. His knowledge and expertise are incredible—he even prepares you mentally by explaining how you might feel week by week, including tackling self-doubt.
When I started, I was eating three meals a day with snacks, and honestly, I couldn’t believe I’d see results eating like that. But I trusted him because he clearly knows his stuff, and I’m so glad I did. The results speak for themselves!
