Drowning Prevention Week 2026 🛟

Tomorrow marks the start of the Royal Life Saving Society UK’s Drowning Prevention Week which will run from 13-20 June.

We will be supporting this annual RLSS water safety campaign, to enhance the skills and knowledge of children and young adults across Bolton, with regard to water safety and lifesaving skills.🌊

Well done to Skyla Baybutt (theswimstroke) for a 1st 🥇 50m Bk & 3rd 🥉 100m Bk at the National Junior Para Swimming Championships today. We had a challenging morning with 2 DQ’s in her Fly events. Great second session at Wavertree today with our friend’s with both our National Qualifiers getting some Long Course prep. Star of the Day goes to Aaron for his use of different colours for the whiteboard and the 5x100 No1 Set. He’s had great training apparently. Awesome teamwork in the pool.
