From the outside Farmer Strong can look a bit intimidating.

Tyres, ropes, sandbags, tractor tyres, a working farm and a bunch of people training hard in a field.But the reality is very different.

Every class is coached, every workout is scaled, and every member started somewhere. Whether you’ve never set foot in a gym or you’ve trained for years, we’ll show you exactly what to do and help you build confidence along the way.

You don’t need to be fit to start here. You just need to be willing to give it a go.

It was great to meet so many local people, catch up with familiar faces, and be alongside some fantastic local businesses.
