𝙰 𝙷𝚘𝚕𝚒𝚍𝚊𝚢 𝚠𝚘𝚗’𝚝 𝚛𝚞𝚒𝚗 𝚈𝙾𝚄𝚁 𝙿𝚛𝚘𝚐𝚛𝚎𝚜𝚜.

- I’m in Madrid for 4 days I’ve got a all you can eat breakfast as part of my booking, I’ve got tapas, all the Spanish kind of food you can wish for especially CHURROS!!

- I’m not going to let my diet get in the way of me having a good time eating the food I want to eat & drinking the wine I want to drink I’m here for rest, recharge and most importantly to enjoy myself and that is exactly what you should be doing when your on holiday I’ve been in the gym once since I came here but I won’t let my normal day to day stop me from enjoying new experiences.

So just remember the next time your on holiday enjoy it, make memories that last.

Guys here’s a couple a really simple swaps which will save you loads of calories and you’ll still get to indulge yourself with your favourite foods!

Slide 1: 410kcals or 150kcals

Slide 2 1,351kcals or 334kcals

These simple swaps can 𝐑𝐞𝐚𝐥𝐥𝐲 𝐇𝐞𝐥𝐩 you when your trying to lose weight especially when the cravings kick in you get the best of both worlds lower cals and a nice treat.

3 reason why I plan my week out & you should too!

As someone that struggles with ADHD I find that If I don’t have a routine and plan ahead, everything is out of whack and I struggle to stay on track with my diet, training & have a social life.
