We are looking forward to being a part of this wonderful event on Sunday 2nd August, 10am - 4pm.
We will once again have a stall and will be giving out free prizes for completing our Kung Fu challenges.

Scorcher!! It's going to continue getting hotter this week, so obviously we ask our students at the adults and kids classes to a) dress comfortably - black/dark shorts and club tshirt are fine, b) keep hydrated, c) take breaks where you need them.
Outside of this, its always advisable to bring a towel to class.
Stay safe and I'll see you at class!
