This weeks timetable is slightly different. Just Tuesday and Wednesday's classes running. Message me to book on now.
Tuesday pilates 11.15am at Middleton jubilee small hall, Wednesday Zumba Gold 10.30am at WESTLOATS COMMUNITY HALL and pilates 7pm at Felpham Methodist Church hall.

Just a quick note to let you know all sessions are running as normal. My timetable is:
Monday 10.15am pilates, 11.30am pilates, 6.45pm pilates at Middleton jubilee big hall.
Tuesday Aqua 9.30am at Freedom leisure (book through leisure centre), 11.30am pilates Middleton jubilee small hall.
Wednesday 10.30am Zumba Gold, jeneses community hall. 7pm pilates Felpham Methodist Church hall.
Thursday 9.30am Zumba Gold & TONE, 10.30am pilates at Jeneses community hall.
6pm props pilates at Middleton jubilee big hall.

LIVE ZOOM sessions continue to run as normal Monday 1130am & 6.45pm pilates, Tuesday 11.15am pilates, Wednesday Zumba Gold 10.30am, pilates 7pm & Thursday Zumba Gold and tone at 9.30am.

My private Facebook group 'At home with The Pilates Space' includes 3 x approximately 20 minutes sessions every week for just £10 a month. You can rewatch videos and access the videos at anytime on your devices. To sign up please message me.
All pilates sessions are £7.50 per class or £36 for 6 consecutive weeks classes.
Zumba Gold is £5 per class.
Videos of classes are available upon request at the cost of the class and are available up to a week. All classes are pre bookable.

Summer party at Zumba Gold & TONE 🌞
Last week we had our annual Summer Party at our Zumba Gold and tone class. The sun was out, we had our summer tunes & even attempted our summer dress up. There were no inflatables or buckets and spades due to Covid-19 restrictions but we had balloons instead. (Cross fingers for next year)
A huge shout out to my Zumba Gold girls. Thank you for your continued support and love as always. Our next party is HALLOWEEN 🎃🦇👻

How's your week going?
I was feeling so overwhelmed Monday morning that I videoed a little Monday Mobility over on my 'At home with The Pilates Space' page. I just needed a moment of normal and calm before heading out to this new Step 3. If you need a moment too just know you are not alone.. Everyone feels differently about this next step & that's OK. Do what feels right in your heart.

I am offering the following timetable.
Monday Pilates 10.15am, 11.30am & 6.45pm at Middleton jubilee Hall.
Pilates 7.15pm at Felpham Community Hall
Tuesday Aqua 9.30am, pilates 11.15am at Middleton jubilee Hall
Wednesday Zumba Gold 10.30am, Jeneses community hall, pilates 7pm at Felpham Methodist Church Hall.
Thursday Zumba Gold and tone 9.30am at Jeneses community hall followed by pilates at 10.30am.
Pilates with props 6pm at Middleton Jubilee big hall.
I am also streaming via ZOOM for anybody wishing to continue online Monday 11.30am, Tuesday 11.15am & Wednesday 7pm pilates & both zumba Gold classes (I am happy to zoom any classes)
My 'At home with The Pilates Space' will continue.
Please message to book on if you haven't already.
All pilates classes are £7.50 with an option to book 6 consecutive weeks for £36 (£6.50 online or £30 for 6).
Zumba Gold is £5 for hall & £4 online. I do ask you are pre paid for the following week to reserve your space due to Covid-19 restrictions.
