A cheeky major surgery completely unrelated to my knee injury? How very me 💁🏼‍♀️

Gang, my timing is impeccable as always and without boring you with all the details, I’m going to be off for a couple of weeks. Happy to tell you about it, just drop me a message. I’ve managed to get cover in place for some of my classes, but unfortunately not all (please swipe to check)

It’s a big op and recovery is looonnng so when I return it will be a lot of instructing rather than doing and sticking to routines that we know and love!

Thank you for your endless patience. My 40th year has been a bit wild to say the least but I’m in no doubt that at the end of my recovery, I’ll be back stronger than ever. Be afraid. Be VERY afraid 😈😂
