❤️Dear Fit Dance Ladies,

I hope this message finds you well! I want to inform you of a small adjustment to my class prices starting February 3, 2025. After three years without any changes, the price per class will increase from £6 to £7. This modest change reflects the rising costs over time and ensures I can continue delivering the best experience for you.

For those on a monthly membership, the new price will be £96, covering 16 classes per month (4 classes per week). Please note that if any classes are missed, we will not be able to carry them forward to the following month.

Thank you for your understanding and continued support—I truly appreciate having you in my classes!

My new class "Fit Dance Slow" is coming soon! 🎉

💪The start date is October 1st, 7:30 PM at Dream Fitness, Bognor Regis.
💪The usual price will be £6 per class, but I have an exclusive discount for you. Everyone attending for the first time will get 50% off the price. This means you can try this amazing class for just £3!

💪This class is very similar to a Pilates class. Most of the time, we will use mini balls to increase resistance and make the workout more fun. It's a full-body workout, especially focusing a lot of pressure on your core.
❤️ In this class, there are no jumps, quick moves, or loud music—just my guiding voice and calm music.

💯It's suitable for all ages and fitness levels

My long term client Levi has achieved incredible fitness results! 🎉

As you can see, there have been significant changes in her posture! 💯

Previously, Levi had kyphotic posture with her right shoulder higher than the left, and her hips were positioned forward. We've successfully corrected these issues! 👏👌
