Ever thought about trying aerial? 👀✨

If you’ve been wanting to try something new, this is your sign!

My aerial hoop & sling classes are beginner friendly, so you don’t need any experience to get started.

Classes are held at CrossFit Bodmin on Mondays (19:30) and Fridays (18:30).

Spaces are limited, so if you’d like to give it a go just send me a message and I’ll get you booked in 💜
