Sorry guys no 1-1 sessions this weekend as I’m away. But thought I’d share a picture of my 17 regiment RLC Boxing team in the finals last weekend … 2 out of 3 bouts winning 🥇 what an amazing experience! .. big respect to Harvey who’s been a wicked coach to work with as well 💪🏼🥊

Best of luck to coach Steve/ LCpl Owen who’s off to marchwood to coach 17port&maritime boxing squad in preparation for the brigade boxing championships at the end of the March. He will be apart of a team doing an intense 11 week training programme with a select group of boxers. This is an incredible achievement for not only Steve but for the club. One of our own coaches being selected for this kind of opportunity is amazing and we wish him the best.
We will still be lucky enough to have him back for weekends so no doubt you will still spot him at shows / sparring days etc 💪🏼🥊

A late one but happy new year to every one. Appreciate the support in the early stages of this new venture.
Also please bear with me, being an amateur boxing coach does mean a lot of my time goes in to the boxers with in the club, taking them away to shows, sparring days etc. Thank god I love the sport 😂
