After 6 long years of study and over 500 hours of clinical practice I am now a fully qualified medical herbalist with The School of Herbal Medicine Many thanks to all those who have supported me over these years such as my parents, my boyfriend, friends and fellow students.

There will be a new price list put together shortly for appointments as well as new branding to follow. I look forward to continuing to help new and old patients alike as well as sharing my knowledge and enthusiasm for herbs through talks, workshops and events.

Folic acid is the synthetic form of folate. There are many people that should not be consuming folic acid such as those with stents as well as those members of the population that have a gene variant which means that they cannot digest folic acid or folate. Please watch the interview below as this explains the effect of folic acid better than I ever could and, if you are against it, please consider signing the petition below also.

I had a fabulous weekend at last weekend as part of a Birthday surprise for a dear friend. We saw loads of amazing shanty groups including and many more from across the UK and beyond!
