Our speed schools are back! This Easter Holiday, we'll be hosting more super fun speed schools on Thursdays. Spaces are limited but we're giving you first chance to secure your child's spot!

They will receive high level coaching from our speed expert Atis Amaglo… who has spent time in Australia working with pro athletes from all sports, formerly Head of Performance at Cornish Pirates and Academy Strength and Conditiong Coach at Exeter Chiefs.

This is an opportunity for your child to explore the fundamentals of speed and power based movements! Giving them (almost) guaranteed speed!!!

TUESDAY 7th & 14th April

10-12yrs: 9am - 10am

13yrs +: 10am - 11am

We will cover a range of topics including:

🧨 Jumping and landing mechanics.

🚀Acceleration.

⚡️Maximal speed.

💥Agility (game speed).

They will receive high level coaching from our speed expert and video analysis to review their technique and development.

Our speed school is not only designed to break down running mechanics but also apply it to game or sporting scenarios.

All this for £20 per child, per session or £36 for 2 sessions.

Cornwall Athletic Development speed schools are back this Summer! Join us at WAX GYM Newquay Sports Centre. Where we'll be hosting our super fun speed schools. Spaces are limited, so secure your spot now!

We will cover a range of topics including:

🚀Acceleration.

⚡️Maximal speed.

💥Agility (game speed).

They will receive high level coaching from our speed expert Lachie Surridge… who has spent time with England U20s rugby, is head of physical performance at Truro College and Academy Strength and Conditiong Coach at Exeter Chiefs.

Our speed schools are not only designed to break down running mechanics but also apply it to game or sporting scenarios.

All this for under £15 per session, per child. (When all 6 sessions are booked)
