I'd like to take a minute to recognise and congratulate my client Lorraine on her 8 week progress 🥲
Lorraine has been doing 2 strength sessions a week and hitting her daily protein target while maintaining her calorie deficit. She comes to ever session ready to learn and push herself to her limits 💪🏽
Over a stone and a half and 20 inches down!!
Whilst doing this she has still managed to enjoy social outings and the occasional cheat meal. Truly impressed with your efforts and can't wait to see what's to come in the next phase of her journey.
