I'd like to take a minute to recognise and congratulate my client Lorraine on her 8 week progress 🥲

Lorraine has been doing 2 strength sessions a week and hitting her daily protein target while maintaining her calorie deficit. She comes to ever session ready to learn and push herself to her limits 💪🏽

Over a stone and a half and 20 inches down!!

Whilst doing this she has still managed to enjoy social outings and the occasional cheat meal. Truly impressed with your efforts and can't wait to see what's to come in the next phase of her journey.

We had a brilliant week taking advantage of the good(temperamental) weather with some outdoor circuit sessions 💪🏽🌳

Amazing work from all of my clients with their sessions, home work outs and nutrition goals 😍

Can't wait to see what's to come in the coming months!

Tips for introducing cardio into your life :

🔸Set achievable and maintainable goals
🔹Take your headphones and listen to your favourite podcast / playlists
🔸Schedule cardio workouts for the week ahead
🔹Track your progress
🔸Chose beautiful surroundings
🔹Take a friend / partner for encouragement

Start small and gradually increase your cardio sessions to reap benefits such as ;

Weight loss, increased stamina and overall fitness, improved mood, better sleeping pattern,
Strengthening of the heart and so on.

Putting time a side to be in nature is known to be one of the best ways to improve your mental health and it's completely free 🌳❤️
