New kit coming soon 👀

As part of our ongoing improvements at REP, we’ve got two new machines being added to the gym.

A Nautilus Nitro shoulder press and adductor/abductor — two of the very best machines ever made, and both will add even more variety to the gym floor.

There’s more planned, but we’re doing it in stages so we can see how the space works as each new piece arrives and make sure everything fits properly.

Thanks as always for the support — it’s what lets us keep improving the gym 💪

The front desk has been removed

There is still more kit to be moved about over the next week so please bare with us while we get everything in place, these are not final positions

However this has allowed us to create more space for new equipment

Member notice: the gym will be closed on Tuesday 7th July from 4pm to 10pm while we carry out expansion works

We’re creating more space in the gym, which will allow us to add more equipment and improve the training environment for our members

Seated Calf raise now at Rep gym, in addition we have also bought a standing calf raise platform for the smith machine for standing calf raise, this saves people moving plates over going forward

Please bear with us meantime with the position of the kit in the gym as we are in the process of doing a re-shuffle of kit in order to accommodate even more equipment addition, so please note these are not final kit placements

We’ll be closed all day Sunday 18th May for some upgrades. We’ll open back up around 8pm.
