The workout serves you- not the other way round!

Tonight’s 1800 session didn’t fancy the programmed snatches - but instead collectively chose our Engine Building program….

Great to see so many getting in and honouring the fallen- as a vet owned gym it’s important to us that these things are acknowledged so whether it’s about being a die hard ‘this is what we do’ or just about getting your own time - it’s good to see you all getting it done.
