DanceFit with Gem This is an energetic fun fitness class! Exercise based on Latin and ballroom dancing BUT no Rythmn needed just the willingness to have fun and laugh :-)!

My name is Gemma and those that know me well know that I have been teaching exercise classes and indoor cycling classes now for a number of years! In October I became a qualified Fit-Steps instructor so as well as my classes which I already teach I am setting up a new Fit Steps class in Stakeford! This class is a fun, energetic way to get fit and more importantly have fun. It combines latin and ba

llroom dance techniques to make great work out! Come along, have a laugh and meet other people looking to achieve exactly the same! No harm in giving it a go....and learning to love it like me :O)

If you are looking for a new fun way to keep fit then why not come and give Dancefit a go?

This class torches calories and we do an incredible amount of steps in the 45mins 😂

In the class we do dances including disco , Latin, ballroom and even a touch of line dancing 💃🏼💃🏼

No dancing experience needed as this more of a fitness class than dancing .. if you are willing to move and and have fun then this class is for you!
