✔️ Weigh-in at the start and end
✔️ Personal calorie target based on your TDEE
✔️ Simple nutrition guidance (no strict meal plans – eat what you enjoy while staying on track)
✔️ Full support via private Messenger group
✔️ Accountability, motivation, and guidance throughout



✅ WHAT’S EXPECTED FROM YOU

✔️ Attend at least 3 sessions per week (more if you want)
✔️ Before & after photos
✔️ Positive mindset – results take time
✔️ Support others in the group
✔️ Track food using MyFitnessPal (free)
✔️ Check in after every session
✔️ Hit 10,000 steps per day
👉 Miss a day? Make it up across the week (target = 70,000 steps total)
👉 Weekly step proof required – no excuses

Includes access to any classes (morning & evening)
✔️ Up to 3 sessions per week included
✔️ Extra sessions = £5 per class
